Overview

Workstation systems

Workstation systems are independent structures that integrate load-handling equipment for light-duty, ergonomic use. They can be configured for capacities up to 2 tons and spans up to 10 meters, with manual or motorized movement on all three axes.

Their modular design provides a practical and economical alternative: the installation can be extended, modified or relocated and generally does not require a foundation. The system can be floor-mounted or ceiling-mounted and can incorporate monorail or telescoping-cantilever configurations.

Installation is straightforward and mounting is versatile. Stainless-steel construction can also be specified when process conditions require it.

Answers for your project

Frequently asked questions

What capacity and span can a workstation system provide?

It can be configured for loads up to 2 tons and spans up to 10 meters, subject to engineering validation for each application.

Does the workstation system require a foundation?

It generally does not require a foundation; floor conditions, mounting and loads must be reviewed before the installation is defined.

Can the system be expanded or relocated?

Yes. Its modular construction allows extensions, modifications and relocation to be evaluated as process needs change.
